i just want this pain to end. is it too much to ask for?

I've learnt a lot in life. I've learnt that people don't speak the truth every time. That even people you thought never would, ultimately let you down. That people leave you when you need them the most, and that they take away a part of you when they leave. But I've also learnt that we need to be strong, and move on. Forgive them, and love them all over again. I've learnt that we need to be fearless. We need to be calm, and let things work the way they have to. We have to open our doors for better things to happen. And some day, better things WILL happen. Because nothing lasts forever. The pain has to end, and so does the happiness. And when you find better things in life, better people, things that make you happy, that's when you realize that they were all you ever needed. That they make you happy, happier than other people did. They make you feel amazing. Amazing, and special. And then your life is no more yours. You lose control, and let things happen. You let life happen. You let love happen. ♥
